Currency 
International transactions via jadefactory.com are carried out in $NZ and processed through the international banking system and exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5%. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your credit card company at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your credit card provider.

Payment Process
It is a strict policy of Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd that all online purchases must be paid for prior to shipment of the products; no matter what the value.
Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd accepts American express, Diners Card, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, money orders and telegraphic transfers.
Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation stating the total amount and cost of your order. This will include shipping and insurance.
Upon confirmed receipt of your payment into the Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd bank account your goods will then be shipped to you.
Availability
Stock has been specifically allocated for jadefactory.com and stock levels are adjusted automatically. Any item that sells out may be available via a backorder. Queries about backorders should be directed to sales@jadefactory.com or +647 3439 3968.
Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but these may change at any time. The availability of our products and services may change from time to time. In the event a particular product is sold out Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to either process partial orders or make refunds, or return orders in their entirety. Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd will retain full title to and property in the products you order until payment in full has been confirmed.

Order Notification
Upon receipt of your order, Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd will issue you with an e-mail notification shortly afterwards listing the items ordered, the total product and shipping charges, delivery address, estimated shipping times and shipping carrier. This will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees. This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd during normal New Zealand business hours. Orders are not valid until accepted by Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd.
Due to the valuable nature of Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd products, we must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you have indicated, unless you have first provided us with special instructions. A signature will be required upon receipt. Products will be deemed to have been received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address, or if your special instructions are complied with. Insurance applies only until the order is delivered to your nominated address.
Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.
Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time. Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject orders in any combination or option(s) it determines to be in its best interest.

Packages shipped within New Zealand destinations have overnight courier delivery, subject to stock availability. All orders placed within New Zealand, and or for delivery within New Zealand, will include Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%.

Packages shipped using Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd's international option usually arrive within 14 days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country , which are not included in our prices.
You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions, and fees.
Insurance
All international deliveries are subject to an insurance charge which has been included in the International Delivery charges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing, but please note that orders for products that are held in stock will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order for any item in backorder status.
Returns, Replacements, Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by e-mail. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of invoice to enable us to process a refund. Unfortunately delivery and handling charges are not refundable. For any queries, please e-mail sales@jadefactory.com or ring Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd on +647 349 3968. Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd will not accept partial returns nor will it issue partial refunds. You must return the entire order, not part of it, to receive a refund.
To return your product, use the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item. Please address your package to Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd, 1280 Fenton St, Rotorua, New Zealand, (64 7) 349 3968. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd is not responsible for lost return shipments. All refunds will be credited in New Zealand Dollars.
Complaints
Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd has a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be emailed to stuart@jadefactory.com. A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.
Jurisdiction
Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd is based in Rotorua, New Zealand and operates within the normal laws of commerce under New Zealand business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions, provided that any contract made between you and Jade Factory Wholesale Ltd shall be construed, applied and shall take effect as a contract made in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and will be governed by and must be performed according to that law.
